Fast Intake Helps Keep the Surface Cleaner
The embossed top layer is designed to move liquid away from the contact surface and into the absorbent core. SAP and fluff pulp then retain moisture inside the pad, helping reduce wet transfer around the surrounding floor area.
In the supplied laboratory reference, a pad with a dry weight of about 18 g reached about 819 g after distilled-water absorption, which is approximately 45 times its dry weight. Actual absorption varies with pad size, core specification and test liquid.
This structure is useful for everyday indoor use where quick intake and reliable moisture retention matter more than decorative features.
Six Layers Balance Comfort, Absorption and Leak Protection
The pad is built as a functional layered system rather than a single absorbent sheet. A soft hot-air nonwoven topsheet provides the contact surface. Absorbent tissue helps distribute liquid toward the SAP and fluff-pulp core, while the lower tissue supports moisture distribution inside the pad.
The PE bottom film forms the final barrier to help prevent liquid from reaching floors or crate surfaces.
For private-label programs, the absorbent core can be adjusted according to target price level, pad size and intended use, allowing one basic construction to serve different market positions.

Four Standard Sizes for Different Pet-Care Scenarios
Four standard dimensions make it easier to match the pad to the pet, floor area and packing plan.
The 33 × 45 cm format is compact for puppies and small spaces; 45 × 60 cm works well for everyday household use; 60 × 60 cm provides a larger square coverage area; and 60 × 90 cm is suited to larger floor zones, crates, carriers and senior-pet protection.
Standard pack counts are 100, 50, 40 and 20 pieces respectively. Alternative dimensions and pack quantities can be developed when a market requires a different shelf format or retail price point.

Flexible Specifications for Private-Label Programs
For repeat orders, the product can be configured around the requirements of your sales channel rather than forcing every market into the same specification.
Size, absorbency, pad color, pieces per pack and outer packaging can be adjusted so the finished item fits retail shelves, online bundles or distributor cartons more naturally.
Before bulk production, confirm the target size, absorption level, pack count, packaging format and artwork. This keeps sampling, quotation and production approval focused on measurable specifications and makes repeat orders easier to control.
